Footwear Sales Analytics Dashboard
An interactive Power BI dashboard designed to analyze commercial performance,
monitor revenue trends, evaluate pricing impact, and uncover actionable
market insights for strategic decision-making.
Project Objectives
The dashboard was built to answer key commercial questions:
- Revenue Monitoring: Track revenue trends over time and identify drivers of growth or decline.
- Brand & Product Performance: Evaluate which brands and product categories contribute most to revenue and volume.
- Market & Customer Insights: Identify high-performing countries, sales channels, and customer segments.
- Pricing & Discount Impact: Assess how pricing strategies and discounts influence overall sales performance.
By addressing these questions, the dashboard transforms raw sales data into
clear, strategic insights for leadership teams.
Dashboard Highlights
1. Commercial Overview
- Total Revenue: $9M+
- Total Units Sold: 75K+
- Average Selling Price: $121
- Average Order Value: $303
Revenue remained balanced across brands over nine years. While ASICS generated
the highest total revenue, performance distribution reduced dependency on a
single brand. October consistently recorded the strongest monthly revenue.
2. Growth & Year-on-Year Analysis
The dashboard enables direct annual performance comparison:
- 2026 Revenue: $997K
- 2025 Revenue: ~$1M
- Change: -2%
The decline was driven primarily by lower unit sales and a shift toward
lower-priced products — not excessive discounting. This insight helps
isolate whether performance changes stem from demand, pricing, or product mix.
3. Market & Customer Insights
- Revenue evenly distributed across countries
- Balanced gender performance
- Online and retail channels contributed almost equally
The diversified structure demonstrates operational stability and balanced
market performance.
4. Pricing & Revenue Mix
- Average Base Price: $140
- Average Discount: 13%
- Final Average Selling Price: $121
Mid-priced products drove the highest volume, while premium products
generated stronger revenue per unit. In 2026, increased reliance on lower-priced
items contributed to the overall revenue dip.
Business Impact
This dashboard demonstrates how structured analytics can:
- Reveal true revenue drivers
- Identify early performance slowdowns
- Monitor brand contribution and market balance
- Evaluate pricing effectiveness
- Support confident, data-driven decision-making
Technical Summary

Clear insight leads to smarter decisions.
